Dinner - Ham & Beans

Ham & Beans is what I call this dinner. Its cheap and only takes 25 minutes!!

items needed
HAM
1-2 inch ham steak ($4.50)
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar (have on hand)
1/4 cup mustard (have on hand)
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
ROLLS
Sister Schubert's frozen wheat rolls ($2.92 after $1 off coupon)
Butter (have on hand)
BEANS
(have on hand)

directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line baking dish with aluminum foil.
Combine ingrediants in a small bowl.

Place ham in baking dish. Brush mixture over top of ham.
Flip ham and brush with remaining glaze.

At the same time, grab the rolls (however many you want) and place them on a cookie sheet.
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and brush on top of each roll.

Place both ham and rolls in oven. Bake for 10 minutes.
Rolls are finished. Flip ham and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Thicker ham steaks may take longer to heat.
While ham is baking, open a can of beans and heat on stove.

Delicious! Had enough for myself, son, husband (2 helpings) and leftovers for husbands lunch!

Total cost: $7.42.
